In Character.AI, open Profile › Settings › Account › Manage Account & Data › Export data. They say it takes 3–4 weeks, and the download link works for 7 days, so save the file when the email arrives.
In a hurry? The free CAI Tools browser extension saves characters and chats as files Mipo can read too. It isn’t made by Character.AI or by Mipo.
