Terms of Service

These terms explain what you can expect from Mipo and what we expect from you. We kept them as short as we could.

This is a draft. The final wording comes from legal review.

1. Who we are

OpenFun LLC runs Mipo, where you can chat with characters, play stories and explore worlds made by our community.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google, Discord, Apple or email. Keep your sign-in safe; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Age and content

You need to be at least 13 to use Mipo. Sexual content isn’t allowed anywhere on Mipo, in what you make or in what the AI writes.

4. Credits and payments

Chatting with Pip and Cozy in Character chat is free. Lore, every Story turn and time in a World use credits; the price is shown before you use them. Paid credits (bought, or from Plus) don’t expire. Free credits come from the daily check-in, are used first, and last until your first visit the next day.

New accounts can try Plus free for 7 days with a payment method on file; we remind you 2 days before it ends, and it renews at the regular price unless you cancel first. Plus renews every month or year, as you chose, until you cancel; daily credits you don’t collect that day are not carried over. Refunds follow the place you paid through.

5. What you create

You own your characters, stories and worlds. By publishing them you let us show them to other players and use them to run the service.

6. Community rules

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may hide or remove content that breaks them.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings under Your data. We wait 14 days before deleting it, so you can change your mind: sign in and choose “Keep my account”. Deleting ends your credits and Plus, with no refund. After that your account, chats, memories and creations are deleted for good.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.

8. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you in Mipo or by email before it takes effect.
